HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Your Order page by entering your order number and email address. Most orders are updated within 24 hours of shipment.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. Bikes and exercise equipment are shipped fully insured and may require a signature upon delivery.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Yes. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. To start a return, contact us at info@ecssport.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
